Watch Kenneth Branagh as Boris Johnson in new COVID-19 drama

Kenneth Branagh is unrecognizable as he turns to Boris Johnson for the new coronovirus drama “This Sedredrale”.

The 60-year-old actor will play the role of Prime Minister in the new Sky Atlantic drama.

The five-part series will chart the events surrounding the Prime Minister, government and the country in front of the first wave of the global epidemic.

Kenneth’s casting as Bojo was first announced last month, and now his first look image as PM shows his complete transformation into a 56-year-old politician.

Kenneth swapped his neatly trimmed brown hair for Boris’ trademark wild blonde locks and used prosthetics to tell him about Bozo’s facial features.

The series will be directed by Michael Winterbottom, Who will also serve as an advisor to The Sunday Times political editor Tim Shipman. Winterbottom has written “This Septred Isle” with Kirron Querke, and will direct all five episodes.

The five-part drama begins with Johnson’s appointment as prime minister, after being admitted to the UK from earlier coronovirus cases – due to Johnson falling ill with the virus, and the arrival of his son.

“This Sceptred Isle” would go on to explore a generational epidemic, and its impact on Britain by the response of scientists, nurses and doctors.
