A hypocrite molested a 9-year-old girl whom he targeted as he threw trash into the East Harlem NYCHA campus, police said.
Police said the girl was dumping garbage in a dustbin inside a building within Toft Houses on Madison Avenue near East 112th Street around 7:45 pm Thursday, when a man approached her and found her in a secluded secluded spot. Took.
Police said he touched her improperly before landing her there.
The girl was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was treated and released.
The suspect was also loose on Friday morning.
