Anthony Rapp has come full circle.
In 1996, the actor played Broadway’s original Mark Cohen in the famed musical “Rent,” which was set in the East Village.
Now Rapp and his partner, Ken Ithiphol, have plunked down $3.57 million for a home in the nabe.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is at 32 E. 1st St. It asked $3.62 million in 2019.
The Obie-winning Rapp now plays the openly gay Lt. Cmdr. Paul Stamets on “Star Trek: Discovery.” (Rapp was also the first actor to accuse actor Kevin Spacey of sexual assault in 2017.)
In the East Village, Rapp’s new home is 1,497 square feet and comes with an open kitchen, triple-pane windows, 10-foot ceilings and 5-inch white oak floors.
Other details include radiant heated floors in the white onyx bathrooms. The new-construction building, completed in 2018, boasts 30 units — and only two remain for sale.
That includes the “crown jewel” — a $9.99 million three-bedroom duplex penthouse offering 1,958 square feet of outdoor space over two terraces.
Building amenities include a lounge plus a gym and a spa with a hot tub, plunge pool, steam and sauna.
The listing brokers for Rapp and the penthouse are Douglas Elliman’s John Gomes, Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Stenta.
