Alice Evans has asked the courts for custody of her two children with estranged husband Ioan Gruffudd.

The move comes after the Welsh actor filed for a restraining order against Evans.

The English actress, 53, has asked for both physical and legal custody of the couple’s two daughters, Ella, 12, and Elsie, 8 and requested that child visitation rights be granted to Gruffudd, 48, reports People.

Evans has also asked for spousal support, for her attorney fees to be paid by her estranged husband and for the court to decide the rights of their shared home in Los Angeles.

She is citing irreconcilable differences in the breakup of their marriage.

Earlier this week the “Fantastic Four” star sought a restraining order against Evans, asking that she not be allowed to come within 100 yards of him and his girlfriend, actress Bianca Wallace — or have any contact with them.

Gruffudd claimed in the docs that she “repeatedly told me between August 2020 and our separation on January 1, 2021 that if I left her, she would make false public accusations about me, sell false stories about me to the press, and destroy me and my career.”

“Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters,” the petition read, “threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands … threatened to tell people I am a drug addict and put me in prison … threatened to write a fake diary that reflected an abused victim, and to have the diary published; and … threatened to destroy my mother.”

He claimed that Evans did indeed carry out “many of these threats,” including “many false and harassing” social media posts and “hundreds of harassing, abusive and threatening communications by text, voice message, video message.” Evans also said that she even sent “threatening emails” to his mother, Margaret Griffiths.

Gruffudd filed for divorce in March 2021 after Evans claimed in January he abandoned their family.

In a now-deleted tweet, she wrote “My beloved husband/soulmate of 20 years … has announced he is to leave his family, starting next week. Me and our young daughters … are very confused and sad. We haven’t been given a reason except that he ‘no longer loves me.’”

Wallace and Gruffudd went Instagram-official last October, resulting in Evans lashing out on social media about the couple.

Reps for both Evans and Gruffudd did not reply for comment.
