At least three children hurt after car crash at CA daycare

Authorities said at least three children were injured when a car entered a daycare in Southern California on Monday.

The accident was reported at 4:40 pm local time at La Petite Academy in Saugus, in the neighborhood of Santa Clarita. According to Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Fire officials said the injured children were admitted to the local trauma center. There was no immediate word on his terms.

Chopper footage From local outlet KTTV One-storey building featured debris around a broken front window, including La Petite, a national chain that provides daycare, pre-school and kindergarten.

The incident remains under investigation.
