New photos have revealed Bridget Regan’s Poison Ivy suit for Batwoman.
Batwoman is set to return from its mid-season hiatus later today. One of the upcoming villains the DC series is set to explore in the coming episodes is Bridget Regan’s Pamela Isley, who is set to be a different take on Poison Ivy when compared to Nicole Kang’s Poison Mary, who dominated the series earlier in the season.
While Bridget Regan hasn’t made her debut as Pamela Isley on Batwoman, new stills from TVLine have given us our first look at the character. In an unexpected turn of events, the character’s look is heavily influenced by the Poison Ivy suit seen in the Batman Arkham games.
Speaking with the outlet, Bridget Regan opened up about how she tackled the iconic character for Batwoman.
“I wanted long hair, long nails, long lashes just like she’s growing – she is a plant.”
“I based everything on [the] idea that plants are better than people, and that was it. I was really drawn to her mission. I was drawn to this metamorphosis that she’s gone through — her extreme commitment to that mission, how radicalized she is, how passionate she is.”

EXTREME MEASURES – Mary (Nicole Kang) and Alice (Rachel Skarsten) continue their sisterly bonding, Ryan (Javicia Leslie), Luke (Camrus Johnson) and Sophie (Meagan Tandy) are desperate and willing to do almost anything to stop them…even entertaining a dangerous proposition by Renee Montoya (Victoria Cartagena) that finally rid Gotham of Pamela Isley (Bridget Regan).
