Two of the Capitol security officials will primarily hold Congress responsible for their lack of preparedness during the January 6 riots over lack of sufficient intelligence from other agencies before testifying on Thursday.
Acting House Sergeant-A-Arms Timothy Blodgate and Acting Police Chief Yogananda Pittman will appear before the House Appropriations Committee on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. EST as part of a broader Congress investigation.
