A new trailer has been released for the single player Warhammer 40K shooter Nekromunda: hired gun Proving that yes, you can domesticate a dog. Or, rather, you can pet Cyberbastiff, whose Ceramite teeth will be used by your good, good boy to bite your enemies’ throats.
Set in the cidables of one of Mankind’s large-scale manufacturing world’s Imperiums, Nekromunda: hired gun Is a single-player first-person shooter set in the grim dungeons of the future. Wednesday’s trailer covers several different factions that players will interact with in the game, including enforcers (judge dread-style hive police), mutants, gang members, and the mysterious and powerful Imperial Inquirer.
The trailer also suggests that players will be able to design their own character in the game, and periodically modify them with 12 types of bionic implants. There is also an “endless” weapon upgrade system. According to the game’s website, the weapon system will allow players to “take out bolts, autoguns, long-las rifles, plasma guns, power knives, grenade launchers, and more.”
