David Ayer Reveals Another Look For Jared Leto’s Joker In ‘Suicide Squad’

Suicide Squad director David Ayer shared another look for Jared Leto’s Joker that was considered for the film.

Many DC fans still want to see what David Ayer originally attended with the first Suicide Squad, and one of the reasons is because of all the cut scenes featuring Jared Leto’s Joker. However, Leto’s look as the Joker was always divisive due to the tattoos from the start.

We recently got to see Jared Leto return as The Joker with an all-new look in Zack Snyder’s Justice League, and now David Ayer has shared another on a now-deleted Instagram Story. The Joker picture appears to be from a costume test and forgoes the “damaged” tattoo on the forehead in favor of little HAs as eyebrows and a black smile. You can see a screenshot of Ayer’s post below.

Here is the synopsis for David Ayer’s Suicide Squad

:

It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

Written and directed by David Ayer, the film stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Cara Delevingne, Jay Hernandez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Ike Barinholtz, and Scott Eastwood.

Both Suicide Squad films are available on BluRay, 4K, DVD, and Digital. Stay tuned for all the latest news on the future of Jared Leto as Joker, David Ayer, and be sure to subscribe to Reporter Door’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
