Just call her Dua Lipa, movie star.
The “Levitating” singer is transforming in more ways than one for her first movie role; Lipa, 26, stars alongside Henry Cavill in “Argylle,” the upcoming spy thriller from “Kingsman” director Matthew Vaughn, and debuts a blond bob in the trailer.
Lipa dances with Cavill in the clip, wearing a gold sequined gown and sporting teased platinum hair.
“BLONDUA,” one fan commented on her Instagram post.
Lipa isn’t the only one who switched up her look for the movie; Cavill also sports short, spiked hair that’s in contrast to his longer “Superman” locks.
Not much is known about the film, which will debut on Apple TV+ and also stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Ariana DeBose, Samuel L. Jackson, Catherine O’Hara, John Cena, Bryan Cranston and more, though it is based on a novel of the same name by Ellie Conway which will be released this September.
According to the film’s Wikipedia page, the plot revolves around a spy (Cavill) who suffers from amnesia and is tricked into believing he is a mere novelist. Once he regains his abilities, he sets out for revenge.
Lipa is currently performing in an array of fantastical looks for her “Future Nostalgia” tour, and recently stepped out with temporary bangs in her long black hair. However, she’s previously experimented with chunks of blond, red and pink.
Perhaps her new acting era will inspired even more looks.
