Tiger Woods was allegedly transferred to another hospital in Los Angeles after receiving surgery for leg injuries in a single car accident this week.
The golf legend was transferred from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to Harbor UCLA Medical Center, where he underwent surgery for a fracture of his leg on Tuesday. CBS News reports
The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department said Woods was conscious and cautious as he was ejected through the windshield in front of his common luxury SUV after an early morning wreck at Rancho Palos Verids.
The athlete’s injuries included a shattered ankle and two leg fractures. Authorities said he was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
