
Heinrich Lundkvist is already back on the ice.
The veteran Rangers goalkeeper, who signed with the Capitals during the office after being bought in the final year of his contract, shared his video in full gear for an on-ice workout seven weeks after open heart surgery.
“The best type of workday!” Lundakvist, 38, wrote on social media.
Lundkvist revealed on December 17 that he would miss the 2020-21 NHL season because of heart disease.
On 3 February, Lundkvist wrote on social media that she felt “strong” four weeks after the surgery.
