Larsa Pippen reacts to Antron Pippen’s death on Instagram

Larsa Pippen had to take to Instagram to recall Anton Pippen, the ex-husband and late son of Chicago Bulls veteran Scotty Pippen.

Scotty Pippon said on Monday that Antron had died a week earlier at the age of 33.

The cause of death was not stated.

“It is hard to accept some truths in life,” Larsa wrote on Monday. “Your memories will never be forgotten!” They will always be with us forever. You are in our hearts forever, we love you and will remember you forever [pray hands emoji] Rip anton

The former “Miami’s Real Housewives” star, 46, also shared a picture of Anton with the son, which he shared with Scotty: Scotty Jr., 20, Preston, 18, and Justin, 15. Scotty Jr. and Justin had a Posted the same photo. A tribute to his stepbrother in their respective Instagram Stories.

Larsa and Scotsy split up in 2015 with a 12-year-old daughter, Sophia, who also shares, when the 55-year-old basketball Hall of Famer filed for divorce accusing Larsa of having an affair. They briefly reconciled, but Larsa eventually filed for divorce in 2018. The divorce of the married couple is yet to be finalized.

Scotty Pippen is also 26 and the father of both daughters Taylor and Sierra, whom he has shared with Sonya Robbie and Yvette Delaney. Taylor had a twin child named Tyler, who died in hospital shortly after birth.

Antron was the eldest of Scotty Pippen’s eight children, and the only child he had was Karen McCallum, whom he married in 1988–1990.

In Scotty Pippen’s post about his son’s passing, he stated that the two had a shared love for basketball.

“Antron was suffering from chronic asthma and if he didn’t have it, I really believe he would have made it in the NBA. They never let him down, though – Antron was positive and worked hard, and I got that guy. But I am so proud that he became, ”the Hall of Famer wrote.

Born December 29, 1987, Antron played basketball for South Georgia Technical College and Texas A&M International University before signing with the Upstate Heat of the World Basketball Association, Marie Claire.

More recently, Antron lived in Atlanta, where he allegedly played basketball for a local team and worked as a machine technician in a lab.
