Madame Tussauds has been mocked for the “world’s worst” celebrity waxwork with fans demanding to “melt it immediately.”
The Berlin branch of Madame Tussauds has been slammed for the wax figure that bears no resemblance to the star it is supposed to represent – so can you guess who it’s meant to be?
The wax statue, decked out in a sexy Christmas outfit with white suspenders just in time for the festive season, is meant to be Barbados superstar Rihanna.
According to local reports, the wax figure merely shares the same skin tone and tattoos as the singer, which are barely visible hidden by the figure’s seasonal outfit.
Fans took it to social media to mock the waxwork with one commenting on Twitter: “So cool that madame tussauds included a wax figure for rihanna’s lesser known sister, brianna”.
Someone else said: “What the actual f*** this is meant to be Rihanna in Madame Tussaud’s in Germany looks more Lily Allen tbh.”
Another asked: “Does Rihanna know Madame Tussaud’s did her dirty?”
Someone wrote: “Melt this wax IMMEDIATELY…Rihanna WHERE??”
Some wondered if the bungled waxwork was simply an advertising stunt.
They also mentioned that the work is reminiscent of the infamous bronze bust of Cristiano Ronaldo that was unveiled at Madeira Airport in 2017.
The wax figure was compared to the bronze bust of Cristiano Ronaldo that was unveiled at Madeira Airport in 2017 which was mocked worldwide and replaced with another.

The football star has a history of bad luck with statues as his brand new wax figure that was unveiled in October, was wearing the wrong shirt.
Rihanna joins the likes of actress Nicole Kidman and former German chancellor Angela Merkel at the Madame Tussauds Berlin branch, which opened in 2008.
It comes after the waxwork of Olly Murs had to be remodeled after being kissed so many times.
