Monster Hunter Rises reopens its food, training, and buddy systems

Capcom will add some interesting new in-town features Monster Hunter Uday. The developer and publisher of Monster Hunter Rise invited Reporter Door for a short video presentation, where it makes elaborate changes to food and training systems, as well as many others.

Like the new wire bugs and the ridiculous Palamutes – both of which you can use to roam the city – Monster Hunter UdayKamura Village will change a lot from previous Monster Hunter games. The changes are most notable when you look at the in-town multiplayer, the Buddy system, the training area, and the new Dango food system.

Dango – A New Food System

Dangos are Japanese dumplings, and they are the primary food Monster Hunter Uday. At the Dango Bar, you can buy three dangos on a stick, each of a different flavor. Like previous Monster Hunter games, you can use meal tickets, points, or cash to buy your food.

Apart from increasing your health and stamina for your next victim, different tastes offer different perks to help you. with and Monster Hunter UdayThere are more unique food allowances, which means that it is less likely that you will overlap with an armor skill already equipped.

When building your three-piece dango, you can add any flavor you want. But just because you taste a specific one, and its correlated perk, doesn’t mean you’ll get it. There is likely to be a percentage of times your account is activated each time.

For example, the video presentation showed Hunter purchasing the Dango Money Maker (increased money), Dango Medicine (augmented by items), and Dango Bird Collar (which makes more Spiribords approach during hunting). Money maker had a 90% probability of being active, while Medicine and Bird Collar had 85% and 80% probability respectively.

Players will unlock new flavors of Dango as they move through the story. And of course, there is a delightful new food song and dance that dances every time you order some dangos.

Buddy Plaza

Friends are a big part of Monster Hunter. When you are hunting solo or in a small group, you need your guardian to help you. but Growth You can take the dog system to both a palico and a palamute – a friend of the investigative dog.

You will manage these friends with the help of Buddy Plaza, Buddy Expert Shirubei and Buddy Handler Iori. With their help, you can travel to the Buddy Dojo to find new friends after each quest.

When you hire a new buddy, they will join your squad. And while you can only have two with you on a given hunt, you will be able to send others on missions that will collect items for you. If you’re playing with friends, you can only take one buddy – either Palico or Palamute, depending on which one you choose.

Different pelicos come with different moves, while Palamutes all have the same gear slots. You can customize your friends with unique gear at Smithy.

Multiplayer

Senri the Mailman (he is actually a palico, but whatever) will help you in all your online games. You will also take any DLC purchased from Senri.

With Senri, you can choose to play online or offline, which determines whether friends or other hunters can join your party. Toggle online and offline Monster Hunter Uday, So you will need to swap back and forth depending on your position.

Different Monster Hunter: World, Friends Hunters can travel to your version of Kamura Village, and you can roam, explore, or even train together. If you start an online search, friends or random players will travel to your city before you dive into their prey.

We are currently unsure how or if Monster Hunter Uday Will address this issue with the players Monster Hunter: World Unless friends can join a story mission until they all see Cuttack in single player.

Training

Training area in Monster Hunter Uday Complete overhaul. Not only can your friends join you in the training arena, but you can also practice against a giant, macha-monster dummy.

In the training area, you can talk to Sekeri the Trainer (another Palico). They will give you training options for “Toadversary” dummies. You can change its head position, which direction it is, if it tracks the player, and whether it is in standby or attacking mode. When you lock in your settings, the toadversary will start taking action based on what you choose. The training area also tracks your total loss on the dummy, including the loss of your most recent combo.

CUPCOM will launch Monster Hunter Uday On March 26 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
