It appears to be over for Pete Davidson and his girlfriend, Phoebe Dynevor.
The “Saturday Night Live” star and the “Bridgerton” breakout have broken up after five months of dating, the Sun U.K. reported Sunday. The former couple were said to have split because of the distance between them — Davidson is based in New York while Dynevor lives in England — and their busy schedules.
“Their mates think they make a great couple, but the distance has made it completely unworkable,” a source claimed to the outlet. “They had fun and will remain close, but unless something drastic changes, their relationship won’t recover.
“It was wild while it lasted, and they both really care for each other,” the source continued. “But the distance has put a strain on them.”
Reps for the actors didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
The pair were last seen putting on a love-filled display at Wimbledon in July, where they kissed and cuddled each other as they took in the tennis tournament.
Davidson, 27, and Dynevor, 26, even complemented each other by wearing color-coordinated outfits to the big event.
The “Suicide Squad” star and the “Younger” actress were first linked in March after they were spotted “holding hands and hugging” in a quaint English village. He then appeared to confirm the romance when he told a fan that he’s dating his “celebrity crush.”
Life appears to be in flux for Davidson, who is filming a rom-com with Kaley Cuoco, as he’s played coy about his future on “SNL,” saying only in June that he “[doesn’t] know what the plan is. Everything’s kind of up in the air right now just depending on scheduling.”
The comedian previously dated Cazzie David, Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley and Kaia Gerber. He was briefly engaged to Ariana Grande in 2018.
