At least 46 percent of Americans want to see Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for president, a new poll has found.
There were over 30,130 people Surveyed by Piplsay To take on celebrities – including Johnson and Matthew McConaughey – who may be interested in politics.
Twenty-nine percent said they would like to see both McConaghie and Johnson, who are running for office, running for Texas governor and US president, respectively.
Another 17 percent said they would only like to see the retired WWE wrestler at the White House one day.
The poll found that McConaghy supported only 12 percent for the governor of the Lone Star state.
Johnson, 48, coined the idea of running for the presidency in February. Told USA Today that he would “consider a future presidential term, if he wants to.”

Saying that he was not ready yet.
Meanwhile, McConaghy Also placing a bid For Governor of Texas.
“I have a new chapter for myself, personally in my life. I believe it is in some kind of leadership role, ”he said recently. “I don’t know what that role is. I do not know my category. We are talking about the ‘why’ of leadership and even, I would say, we need some more good leaders. ”
Polsters celebrated the weight of other celebrities as possible presidents – up front were Tom Hanks (22 percent), Will Smith (21 percent), Angelina Jolie (30 percent) and Oprah Winfrey (27 percent).
The poll also found that 45 percent of Americans believe they are free to “do what they want to do” when it comes to running for office. Thirty-nine percent found that A-listers could make good politicians if they had the right political outlook.
And 81 percent believe that public opinion is judged on the basis of celebrity opinion and support.
The online survey was conducted from April 2–4 and drew responses from 30,138 people 18 and older.
