Kevin Zeitler is a new home.
The former veteran guard signed a $ 22 million three-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens, According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport. The deal would keep the veteran on contract until his age-33 season.
The report says the deal includes $ 16 million in fully guaranteed money.
The Giants cut Zettler last week and saved $ 12 million against the Caps, a move that put the team in the green as free agency. Zeitler has been a reliable and quality starter for most of his career, having had only one game since 2015.
Zettler will now play for his third team in the AFC North. He spent his first five NFL seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, and then two years with the Cleveland Browns.
According to NFL.com, the Seahawks were among other teams interested in signing him.
