Rihanna is staying mum on the massive diamond ring she’s been rocking on that finger this week.
“This old ring? You act like you ain’t never seen this ring,” the singer, 34, joked to paparazzi in Los Angeles on Tuesday when asked point-blank if she’s engaged to boyfriend A$AP Rocky, 33.
The sparkler is a Sloan Solitaire ring from Briony Raymond that Rihanna has actually sported a few times in the past, albeit on a different finger.
While Rihanna is remaining tight-lipped on any engagement speculation, she’s been an open book when it comes to her pregnancy.
“I feel like that’s the type of mom I’m going to be. Psycho about it,” she recently joked to Elle, revealing she’s in her third trimester.
“There’s a pregnancy glow. There’s also those days, girl. Especially in the third trimester, where you wake up and you’re like, ‘Oh, do I have to get dressed?’ Makeup for sure helps you feel like a real person. I just focused a lot on moisturizing and on contouring.”
The “Kiss It Better” artist explained that “the face gets a little round and chubby” while the nose “starts to spread.”
“Everything is a challenge, from getting dressed and how you’re going to do your makeup. But I like challenges,” she said. “I like things that force me to be creative and create in new ways. And with beauty, there’s so much that you can do.”
Rihanna announced her pregnancy in January with paparazzi pics of her and A$AP Rocky out and about in Harlem. She and the rapper have been dating since early 2020 and this will mark their first child together.
Similar to Riri, fellow songstress Adele has refused to confirm whether the diamond ring she’s been wearing as of late is a sign of engagement to boyfriend Rich Paul.
“Rihanna out here pulling an Adele,” one fan joked on Instagram after seeing the new paparazzi video.
