The âReal Housewives of Beverly Hillsâ personality, 52, will be reprising her role as Lindsey Wallace for the final film in the âHalloweenâ franchise, âHalloween Ends.â
The horror flick is the last one in David Gordon Greenâs revival trilogy.
The final installment is set to debut in October 2022 and will start production next month.
Richardsâ character made her first appearance when she was just eight years old in the original âHalloweenâ in 1978.
Lindsey is the kid that Curtisâ character, Laurie Strode, babysat for in the parent film.
The reality star also made an appearance in this yearâs âHalloween Killsâ as the grown-up Lindsey. A source revealed to Variety recently that Richardsâ performance in âHalloween Killsâ earned many positive reviews from fans, so the screenwriters rewrote the script to include her character in an expanded role in âHalloween Ends.â
âWhen my character didnât die, I was like, âUhh, hello!â â Richards told the outlet. âThe last movie, I saw Jamie on the set, but we didnât have stuff together. So Iâm really hoping that there is more stuff together.â

The âLittle House on the Prairieâ actress also told the publication in a statement, âI canât talk about any storylines, but all I can say is that we start filming in January, and Iâm so excited to return with Jamie Lee Curtis and David Gordon Green.â
Blumhouse Productions founder and âHalloweenâ trilogy producer Jason Blum added, âWe are thrilled that Kyle will be reprising her role in âHalloween Ends.â The return of iconic characters in âHalloween Killsâ was really important to David Gordon Green. And he took great pains to bring back the original actors when he could.â
Back in October, Richards recalled a memorable experience on set when she broke her nose during filming âHalloween Kills.â
âI didnât know it was broken when it happened,â Richards explained to Us Weekly at the time. âI just knew I hurt myself, but I didnât tell anybody. I didnât want the stunt double to step in and have them be like, âOh Kyle, you know, let the stunt double handle this.â â

To ease her pain, Richards took some Advil. It wasnât until she returned home to Los Angeles that she felt like something was not right. âAs I got back to LA ⌠I was like, âWhat is going on?â Then my makeup artist in LA said, âYou have a bone poking out of here. Whatâs going on?â And so I went to the doctor,â the mother of four said. âIt didnât bleed, so I thought I was fine. It was hurting for a long time.â
Richards also revealed how the accident happened in a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight.
âI was working with a stunt coordinator to do a fight scene with Michael Myers and umm, yeah, letâs just say while I was rehearsing something flew back and hit me in the face, and I knew immediately that something was wrong,â she said.
The conflict between a Texas couple, Texas assistant head football coach Jeff Banks, Banksâ girlfriend and the girlfriendâs monkey has escalated.
Attorneys for the couple, Amy and Casey Clinkenbeard, filed a lawsuit Thursday in Travis County District Court in Austin against Banks and his girlfriend, Danielle Thomas, over the monkey biting the coupleâs child on the hand on Halloween. The Clinkenbeards are seeking damages for gross negligence and defamation.
In the lawsuit, Amy and Casey Clinkenbeard claim the child, identified as C.C., was invited to Thomasâ home for a haunted house on Halloween and was taken to the backyard to see the monkey, which Thomas claimed was trained to give high-fives.Â

âMinor plaintiff attempted to high five the monkey,â the lawsuit states, âbut the animal aggressively bit his hand and caused injuries. Thomas refused to provide vaccination records for her monkey and later falsely stated on social media that minor plaintiff did not have permission to be on the property and then said that her friend on the Bobby Bones Show gave a false version of the events.â
âC.C. was forced to manually pry the monkeyâs jaw open,â the lawsuit, which was obtained by ESPN, claims. âThere was so much blood that C.C. was unable to see the full extent of the injury.â
and that she had no knowledge of the bite until a neighborhood physician told her that they treated the injury. Thomas also claimed that the monkey, a female capuchin named Gia, has all of her shots and that it is an emotional support animal. Thomasâ tweets detailing those claims have been deleted.
Thomas also shared a video, which was also deleted, claiming that the child intruded into her backyard and went straight toward the animalâs enclosure. Thomas has since deleted her Twitter account.Â

âI donât even play when it comes to my animals, Thomas said. âAnd I know all the legal rules on them. âDo not enter, emotional support animal, no touching.â How could she (the monkey) viciously bite someone if they donât stick their hand in there where it donât belong? This is her home, and her home only.âÂ
Thomas is an exotic dancer whose professional name is Pole Assassin. The monkey is apparently featured in some of Thomasâ routines and has her own Instagram account.
Banks, who just finished his first season at Texas as assistant head coach, tight ends coach and special teams coordinator, has not commented on the lawsuit.Â
Lucy Animation Studioâs Colombian cartoon âHalloweenâ was one of two feature films, alongside Star Toons Animationâs âChaskis â Mensajeros del sol,â honored with the MIFA/Annecy Award from this yearâs Ventana Sur Animation! sidebar. Teams representing the two films will receive full accreditation to Annecy 2022 and its MIFA marketplace, where they will pitch as part of the eventâs Animation! Focus.
Organized with the Annecy Festivalâs MIFA market, Animation! took on a hybrid format this year, with some delegates traveling to Buenos Aires and others accessing full project details online for all Ventana Sur accredited participants.
âHalloweenâ was created by Silvia Prietov, a Vancouver Film School alumnus, Cartoon Network Girl Power 2020 best pitch winner and talent to track. A fantasy 2D title, it features a darkened pop aesthetic, lots of purple and orange, and posits that the clock which controls the universeâs time has been tinkered with, condemning BogotĂĄ to relive Halloween day over and over again. Ventana Sur Encuentros winner Karina Forero (âMitomorfosisâ) is producing. The filmâs current team in Colombia is rounded out by co-director and screenwriter Daniel Mejia and graphic designer Sebastian GarcĂa.
Prietov and Forero spoke with Reporter Door about their project, its inspirations and Halloweenâs increasing popularity in the Colombian capital.
How did the visual style of Halloween develop? Were there any influences you used as a reference?
âHalloweenâ uses âOver the Garden Wallâ as its main reference, the animated miniseries from Cartoon Network. However, the scenarios and landscapes are built based on BogotĂĄ, and we want viewers to see and recognize its mountain peaks, like the famous Monserrate, the style of houses and buildings, as well as the palette that is inspired by how colorful and dark Halloween can be in this city.
Why Halloween? Is the holiday popular in Colombia?
It is not a popular holiday as such, but there is a great deal of festivity in which children and adults celebrate in costume, and itâs more popular than ever in the city. Only on Halloween can you feel the madness and excitement of people hoping to discover what will happen each year.
What stage is production in now and what are your goals for Ventana Sur?
âHalloweenâ is in the development stage, and our goal at Ventana Sur is to generate ties that allow us to continue maturing the project so that it is increasingly interesting visually and that it manages to transmit the magic of a city as chaotic as BogotĂĄ. To that end, we would like to co-produce with the countries to which we pay tribute in the film to better utilize equipment and technicians who understand those cultures and the cinema of their respective countries.
Feature animation is an art form that is growing a lot in Latin America, what do you think is driving that growth?
It is born from the need to show our culture to the world and coming from such a surreal culture animation is a perfect medium to express that. On the other hand, there is a generation that grew up watching Cartoon Network, âThe Simpsons,â âFuturamaâ and âSouth Park,â and theyâre now adults looking to fulfill their dream of being able to create those programs with which they identified.
Could you talk about what each of the four of you contribute to the production?
Silvia is the creator of our stories, giving us her ideas and directing them so that the rest of the team can give them life. SebastiĂĄn understands Silvia very well and translates what she imagines into an image with unique characters and very representative scenarios. Daniel is a poet in the way in which he writes the story and Karina is responsible for executing each process of the project, understanding the needs and difficulties. However, for us the whole team plays a very important role because the project is formed thanks to each of those who fall in love with what Silvia does. The team includes artists like Jorge Pico, Laura Pineda, Mauricio bueno, Mario Carrascal, Esteban Jaime, Camo Art who are great animators and cleaners that give life to each scene they touch. The same is true of Jorge Moyano and Jefersson Vargas, who help us to give final touches in composition, as well as the rest of the team which trusts in Silviaâs vision.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had to get strategic when hanging out together before âit was out in the worldâ that they were dating.
The now-married couple once went incognito on Halloween for âone fun night out on the townâ in Toronto, Markle, 40, revealed in a sneak peek clip of âThe Ellen Showâ Thursday.
âIt was a post-apocalypse theme [party], so we had all of this very bizarre costume going on, and we were able to just have one final fun night out,â the Duchess of Sussex explained.
Host Ellen DeGeneres then said she had suggested that Markle and Harry, 37, once again go out in costumes for Halloween â since they are no longer senior members of the British royal family.
However, Markle said they chose to stay home this time because they âwanted to do something fun for the kids.â
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex share 2-year-old son Archie and 5-month-old daughter Lilibet.
âThe kids were just not into it at all,â Markle admitted. âArchie was a dinosaur for maybe five minutes.â
DeGeneres, 63, who saw the royal family on the spooky holiday, chimed in, âNot even five minutes. Finally, Harry talked him into putting the head on, but Lili was a skunk.â
The comic added, âIt was so cute.â
âI know, like, Flower from âBambi,ââ Markle then said.

The former âSuitsâ starâs appearance on DeGeneresâ daytime talk show came as a surprise to many.
An insider on the show exclusively told Page Six Wednesday that Markle âwas incredibly relaxed and fun and showed a whole different side to herself,â adding that the âaudience laughed a lotâ and âDidnât know she was [a] guest until she walked out and they went wild.â
We were also told the activist âsaid thank you to everybody behind the scenesâ and was âso normal and sweet.â

In a separate clip from the segment, Markle also chatted about her early days as an actress, visiting DeGeneresâ studio lot for auditions.
âI would park at gate three and then I would scoot on over, and what was so nice is the security guards would always say, âBreak a leg, we hope you get it!ââ she recalled. âSo to drive in today was very different.â
Florida officials are investigating a possible case of Halloween candy tampering after an 8-year-old girl allegedly cut her mouth biting into a piece of candy with a razor blade inside.
The Hillsborough County Sheriffâs Department responded to a call on Friday night from the young girlâs mother, who reported that her daughter had cut her mouth eating a 100 Grand mini chocolate bar that she had received while trick or treating in the Panther Trace neighborhood of Riverview, officials said on Saturday.
Her mother said she discovered an âExacto bl adeâ in the chocolate, which had been wrapped and sealed before her daughter opened it.
âIt is despicable that someone would tamper with a childâs Halloween candy for their own cruel enjoyment,â Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a statement.

âAs we continue to investigate this incident, we are reminding all parents of the importance of checking over every piece of candy your child received while trick-or-treating before letting them eat it. There is no such thing as being too cautious when it comes to the safety of our children.â
Earlier this week, a teenager in upstate New York was arrested after lying about finding a sewing needle in a fun-sized Twix bar because he âthought it would be funnyâ for a Tik Tok hoax.
Parents in Fostoria, Ohio, were put on alert over Halloween weekend by authorities after two pieces of Halloween candy were reportedly found with sewing needles inside.
Aaron Rodgers nailed his rendition of John Wick on Halloween, but the costume could cause some added stress to his COVID-19 controversy.
Rodgers attended a team Halloween party last week, where he was seen in photos and a video without a mask while around other Packersâ players, including tight end Marcedes Lewis.
Itâs unclear which players and how many attended the Halloween party that took place after the Packersâ 24-21 win over the Cardinals last Thursday.
The NFL is investigating whether the Packers enforced the leagueâs COVID-19 protocols after the quarterback, who is unvaccinated, tested positive for coronavirus and has been seen unmasked on multiple occasions.
Since the reigning NFL MVP is considered unvaccinated by the leagueâs standards, he will miss a minimum of 10 days. That will force Rodgers to miss a marquee matchup against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs on Sunday, when backup Jordan Love will get his first career start. He could return in Week 10, when Green Bay hosts the Seahawks.
Rodgers has also arrived to indoor press conferences at Green Bayâs facility without wearing a mask. Thatâs a violation of the NFLâs protocols for unvaccinated players, who are required to wear masks at all times in the team facility, and are unable to gather in groups larger than three players.
On the road, unvaccinated players âare prohibited from congregating, visiting or mingling with individuals outside of the traveling party once they have arrived in the game city.â
Unvaccinated players are subject to fines if they break COVID protocols. Repeat offenders could face suspension.
The details surrounding which protocols Rodgers has been following remain to be seen, along with whether the Packers eased their approach to enforcing protocols with the quarterback.

Rodgers is also under fire for accusations he misled reporters when he said in August that he is âimmunized.â
Over the summer, during his holdout with the Packers, Rodgers reportedly received an alternative âhomeopathic treatmentâ from his personal doctor to raise his antibody level.
When he reportedly approached the NFL to review the treatment, in hopes of being cleared as a vaccinated player, the league and the NFLPA determined he was unvaccinated â meaning, the league has known Rodgers is unvaccinated for some time.
âSo since the kids got pranked anyway, you know, why waste?â Kimmel said, before showing a few of the hilarious âunauthorized and unwantedâ videos.
Kids say the darndest things â especially when their parents tell them they ate their Halloween candy.
For the second year in a row, Jimmy Kimmel canceled his annual âI Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candyâ prank due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, just like last year, parents still did the prank anyway and sent in tons of videos to the show.
And, as in the past, the reactions did not disappoint.
âWe have a somewhat infamous tradition at Halloween time here at our show. We put it on hold during the pandemic,â Kimmel shared on his show on Monday. âWe did not invite parents to take part in our annual Halloween YouTube candy challenge, where they pretend to eat their kidâs candy and record it because it felt like kids have had it hard enough lately.â
âWe did not ask parents to do this, but a lot of parents just went ahead and did it anyway,â he continued, noting that they received â200â submissions. âSo since the kids got pranked anyway, you know, why waste? We decided to show just a couple of them.â
âThis is just a tiny sample of the unauthorized and unwanted Halloween YouTube challenge for 2021,â Kimmel said before showing the hilarious clips.
The package was short, only featuring a few kids, but their reactions and comebacks to their parents saying they ate their candy were absolutely hilarious.

âI got hungry in the middle of the night and I went downstairs and I ate all your Halloween candy,â a woman told her son, who was wearing a Spider-Man t-shirt. He paused for a moment just staring at his mom, before replying, âI thought youâre on a diet.â
The mom later broke the news that it was Kimmel who told her to eat his candy. âIs he a bad guy?â the boy adorably asked, to which the mom replied, âMmhmm.â The kid â who was sitting â reacted to the news by dropping headfirst onto a blanket.
Meanwhile, another mom pulled the prank on her two boys, one of whom definitely wasnât happy as he threw a curse word at his mom. âMom, youâre a dâk!â he yelled. The little boy was dressed as Captain America â and as Cap would say, âLanguage!â
The last clip featured another mother-son encounter, however, this time the mom told her son his dad was the one who ate his Halloween candy. And the boy, who was wearing a sweatsuit with a skeleton on it, had quite the comeback for his dad.
âHeâs gonna get diarrhea!â the boy said, before repeating himself. âHeâs gonna get diarrhea!â
After the package concluded, Kimmel said, âWell, whatâs Halloween without it, you know? Anyway, sorry kids!â
Father of seven Nick Cannon partied at a strip club on Halloween.
A costume-less Cannon was at Upper East Side jiggle joint Sapphire, we hear.
âHe was DJing and [getting wild] on the mic,â a source told Page Six. âHe was throwing singles at the dancers.â
He recently announced he is currently celibate on the advice of his therapist. Heâs had four children with three different women in under a year.
At a separate Halloween event, Richie Akivaâs Entergalatic party with Kid Cudi at the Edge at Hudson Yard, an attendee told us that rapper Lil Nas X was dressed in a full Harry Potter costume, and was ârunning around pretending to cast spellsâ on people.
âHe just kept running through the party waving the wand around,â says the spy.

Over at Harbor, rapper Fabolous performed for a crowd that included Cardi B, Blake Griffin, Kevin Durant, Busta Rhymes, and Kim Kardashianâs ex-husband, Kris Humphries.
A source told us Cardi was dressed as a witch and was âdancing surrounded by sparklers and rapping the lyrics to her own tracks.â

Kamala Harrisâ stepdaughter Ella Emhoff had a much less crazy night, partying at Chapel Bar with boyfriend Sam Hine. The duo looked âvery chic dressed as Thom Browne,â according to a spy.
The Gramercy Park hotspot was so packed that Emhoffâs security was not allowed in. âShe decided to go in anyway without them. It was a lot of people there. There was a line around the block to get in,â the source said. Chloe Wise, Dorian Greenspan, and Miles Greenberg were part of the artsy crowd who packed the place.
Don Lemon and his partner Tim Malone showed up as âThe Viewâ hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar at the Gorey 849 Halloween Ball hosted by Amanda Lepore, CT Heddens and Margaret Josephs.
And on the Upper East Side, MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle proved again sheâs becoming a reigning queen of Halloween by elaborately decorating her townhouse as a ghoulish destination. She dressed up as Jennifer Coolidgeâs character from the HBO hit âThe White Lotus.â
But by Monday morning, she tweeted: âThank you to the 1,000 trick-or-treaters who knocked on our door, to NYC for another year of Halloween Magic,â and thanked her showâs production team for âholding down the fort today at 9AM. All those little hands have left me with the sniffles.â
Not only is Chicago sitting pretty with a 6-1 start to the season, but Ball is also winning off the court. He made his relationship with girlfriend Ally Rossel Instagram official on Monday with photos of the couple at a Halloween party.
Ball and Rossel dressed as characters from âThe Matrix,â sporting all black outfits and matching sunglasses. While the pair has been spotted out in Chicago recently, it is the first time Ball has shared photos with the model to social media.
Rossel previously dated Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson. She was first linked to Ball over the summer. Clarkson is currently dating model Jasmine Rae, who was spotted with Ball in August.
Ball previously dated his high-school sweetheart Denise Garcia, and the pair welcomed a daughter, Zoey Christina Ball, in 2018.
The NBA star confirmed the couple had called it quits during a radio appearance in September 2019.
