The Reunion’ drops new trailer, reveals Ross and Rachel mystery

No one told them life was going to be this way…

The hotly anticipated “Friends” reunion special just dropped a new trailer ahead of its premiere on HBO Max.

In the video, stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer play a game of “Friends” trivia with each other while sitting on the set of Monica and Rachel’s old purple-walled apartment.

LeBlanc, 53, and Perry, 51, are also shown kicking back in Joey and Chandler’s old recliners, while James Corden presses Aniston, 52, and Schwimmer, 54, to answer the age-old question: Were

Ross and Rachel on a break?

“Yes!” Aniston says onscreen.

Aniston also remembered how when she first got cast on the show, a different producer once told her, “That show is not going to make you a star.”

The special will see the stars returning to the hit comedy’s original soundstage — Stage 24 on the Burbank, California, Warner Bros. lot — to celebrate the show, which aired from 1994-2004.
