Former Victoria’s Secret angel Josephine Skriver married longtime boyfriend Alexander DeLeon in Mexico over the weekend.
The model and The Cab frontman wed in an “intimate” ceremony in Cabo San Lucas on Sunday, a source told E! News.
“All white everything cause it’s wedding weekend ?? @bohnes can’t wait to be your wife finally,” the supermodel captioned an Instagram post on Saturday.
Skriver, 28, posed at the Cabo Azul Resort in a casual white outfit, including a crop top and jeans ahead of a “welcome white party.”
Her now-husband, 32, who goes by the stage name Bohnes, planted a kiss on her cheek in one of the sweet snaps.
The couple got engaged in November 2018 when DeLeon got down on one knee under the Northern Lights in Finland.
“I SAID HELL-FREAKIN’-YES!!!! I’M ENGAGED ????,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I have never been more sure about anything in my life. You are my biggest adventure. My fairytale come true. My soulmate. My best friend.”
However, like many couples, their wedding plans were put on hold amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We’re just happy that our family and friends are happy and healthy,” she told People in May 2020. “People around the world are going through so much worse than a wedding postponement. It would be selfish of us to complain.”
She continued, “When you wait for a moment your entire life and then have to postpone, it’s never easy.”
The supermodel said she and DeLeon “debated it for weeks” but “the safety of our friends and family was the most important.”
A rep for Skriver did not immediately return our request for comment.
