Police said armed robbers drove off during an afternoon in Queens with $ 40,000.
Security video captured the adult male trio, who used zip ties to tie up their five victims.
The NYPD now needs help to apprehend the robbers, who attacked a house at 116th Avenue and 146th Street in Jamaica at around 5:20 pm on Friday evening.
The three suspects entered the building through an open-side entrance in the backyard, flashing guns and asking victims to lay on the ground before restraining them with zip ties.
The suspects initially led one of the victims at gunpoint, and demanded, “Where is the money?” Before the 43-year-old cracked on the head with the weapon.
The burglars searched the house, took $ 40,000 cash and ran north on 146th Street, then eastbound on 116th Avenue. Police said the man made the cut, but did not pay medical attention.
Police on Saturday released surveillance footage and photographs of the suspects.
The NYPD said one of the suspects had a slim build, which was last seen wearing a face mask, black jacket, black pants, a black hoodshirt and black sneakers.
A companion, also with a slim build, was wearing a blue surgical mask, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, blue gloves, black sneakers and a duffel bag.
A third suspect, heavily made, was last seen wearing a black face mask, black jacket, black pants and black sneakers.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
