The Bronx robbery pair is believed to have targeted another jewelry store this week – after more than two months when they earned about $ 100,000 in robberies from another business, police said.
Police said the pair showed guns at around 10:15 a.m. Thursday near East 150th Street, a department store on Third Avenue in King Jewelery.
He asked the store clerk, a 28-year-old woman, to go to the back of the store and open the vault, demanding, “Give me all the money!”
When the clerk told them the vault was empty, they took $ 43 and an iPhone 11 from a 43-year-old man who was working at the store, police said.
They collided with the store, heading east on Westchester Avenue. No one was injured.
On December 16, police believe that the same pair targeted an A&K jewelry in Foxhurst, where a miscreant allegedly shot a 58-year-old employee, as his partner struck jewelry from behind a counter. Robbed, police said.
Police said the thieves closed at 1.55 am with a six-figure load of neck chains and pendants.

The employee suffered a cut to the back of his head and was treated at Lincoln Hospital.
Police released surveillance images of the suspects after the recent incident – one was last seen wearing a black hat, black face mask, black jacket, black jeans and black sneakers.
The other wore a black face mask, dark glass, a black winter jacket, black jeans and black sneakers.
