A video showing Gov. Andrew Andrew challenging a woman journalist “eating whole sausage” in front of him at the 2016 New York State Fair has resumed on social media – amid allegations the governor sexually harassed former legislators .
“I want to see you eating the whole sausage,” the Democratic governor is heard when NewsChannel 9 reporter Beth Cefalu says as her daughter Micheela sits quietly next to him, according to the video Shared by journalist Matt Binder.
“I don’t know if I should eat the whole sausage in front of you, but I’m definitely going to eat it,” said Lalu, a reporter and anchor at News 12 Westchester.
Cuomo then invites Sesalu – who, while holding his plate, pulls a selfie with him – to sit at his desk.
“There is too much sausage in that picture,” Kumora says in grim posture, signaling laughter from other exchanges.

Users quickly slapped Quomo for his “creepy” and “distress” with the woman in light of recent sexual harassment allegations.
“It’s almost like he’s sexually harassing her in front of everyone and they’re fine with it, probably because they’re used to it,” A user said.
“His daughter looks so uncomfortable!” Eve !!! ” Another user wrote.

A third said: “When horror met awe.”
However, not everyone felt the governors were out of line – arguing that the clip did not cut the mustard as evidence of harassment.
“How can you read this when you’re probably introducing Andrew Cuomo to your daughter Micheela Cuomo?” A user asked.

“When he was trying to eat, he was awkwardly tapping him. Is it possible that he was passive-aggressively showing her how much he has to suck to be videotaped while eating? ” Said another.
The Twitter user said, “It’s not like she’s sitting there or she’s eating it or making perverse jokes.”
And A third wrote: “I dislike this dude as anyone but this is nonsense as if mixed with real accusations that water the whole thing.

“He is eating a hot dog, he is clearly not happy that a bottom scarf is being filed and then asks him to eat one, he said yes.”
After this video went viral, the reporter himself jumped into the defense of Gov. Cuomo on Monday morning.
“I wasn’t under pressure / bothered that this two people are enjoying an event – the NYS Fair – which gives them a little more freedom to be casual,” Cephalu tweeted.
“It is indeed very sad that it is being changed to more.”
The day Cuomo tried to explain the sexual harassment allegations as “jokes”, an attempt was made to revisit the day, termed “unwanted flirtatiousness”.
“Sometimes during work I think I’m playful and make fun that I think are funny. Cuomo said in a prepared statement, I take this opportunity to tease people about what makes me feel good.”
It came just a day after former Cuomo employee Charlotte Bennett, 25. Reported to the New York Times That the governor made a series of inappropriate comments reassuring him that he “wants to sleep with her”.
That is why the claim, in turn, was extended to another former employee, Lindsey Boylan, on allegations that came less than a week after she was first revealed in December 2020 and alleged that Cuomo was without warning. Kissed her on the lips.
Meanwhile, Cuomo agreed to appoint state Attorney General Letitia James as an outside investigator in the escalating scandal.
