Former White House COVID-19 coordinator Drs. Deborah Birks is now working in the private sector.
Birx, who was a familiar face at the White House Coronovirus briefing under former President Donald Trump, is now working as the chief medical and scientific advisor of an air filtration company for ActivePure Technology in Texas, Reuters reported.
She said she joined the George W. Bush Institute as a global health fellow and a board member at the biopharmaceutical company Innoviva, she told Reuters.
