Honoring Hall of Famer Derek Jeter

The Orioles have been a doormat for most teams this season. If you’re struggling, the greatest cure is to see the Orioles ahead for three games on your schedule. Well, don’t tell that to the Yankees. The worst team in baseball came into The Bronx and took two of three games, with the only win coming in walk-off fashion. It was not a very convincing weekend for fans of the Yankees, who are now 2-6 since the Bronx Bombers’ 13-game win streak ended.

The good news in Yankees land is that “The Captain,” shortstop, Number 2, Derek Jeter will be inducted into Cooperstown on Wednesday. To talk about Jeter’s Hall of Fame induction, a rough weekend in The Bronx and a big series with the Blue Jays ahead, we bring you a new episode of the “Pinstripe Pod” with Chris Shearn and Jeter’s old teammate Jeff Nelson.
