Six teens in hospital after shooting in Aurora, Colorado, park

Several teenagers were hospitalized Monday after being shot at a park in Aurora, Colorado.

Five injured teenagers between ages 14 and 17 were taken to hospital after being shot at Nome Park near Aurora Central High School.

A sixth victim, 18, took themselves to hospital with minor injuries.

The shooter took off and has not yet been caught.

The Aurora shooting left six teenagers hospitalized.

“Unknown suspect, who is no longer on scene,” Aurora Police Department posted on social media.

“Incident did not happen inside of the school but just north at Nome Park,” the Aurora Police Department posted on Twitter.

A gang-related shooting at the same park in 2019 saw teen Dangelo Domena sentenced to 18 years in state prison for attempted first-degree murder.
