Warhammer Fest: New Orcs, Abunt’s Gaunt’s Ghosts and Sisters of Battle in Plastic

The beginning of May for Games Workshop has traditionally meant Warhammer Fest, associated with the company’s largest in-person event, which is packed with new products. Like many of this year’s events, Warhammer Fest is online. But it does not appear that the British publisher has been slowed down a bit. The incident is mainly restricted to revealing videos that span a few days in a half-hour segment.

If you weren’t able to sit on hours of content, here are the biggest announcements for Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, Necromunda, and more.

After a handful for the Beast Snagga Orkz – including a new penbos – a wide range of new Orkz were announced. The release will be accompanied by a new Ork Codex and an Army Box, with 20 Beast Snuga Bogs, Three Boys on Squiggs Hopes and Nobbs on Smasha Squiggs, and a refresh of the second-edition character Zodgrod Frotsagga. Red color is extra.

There was a quick mention during the stream that it shows that it represents about half of the new orcs to be added to the range. As evidence, Games Workshop (GW) featured a more traditional-looking Warboss in Mega-Armor. It seems that there is a little bit of a Wahigh on the way.

One of Dan Abnett’s long-standing honors was the model’s big surprise. Ghost of gaunt Chain. Under the leadership of Commissar Ibram Gaunt, the titular Ghosts are an elite team of soldiers from the regiment known as Tannith First. These are stellar plastic models, loaded with character and begging for pride of place in your collection or kitbushed into something extraordinary. The announcement came with another note that bodes well for future Astra Militarium releases, but more on them in an instant. I can only say that the pan-galactic cannon fodder of the 41st millennium has never looked better, and these new models give them the personality to easily stand alongside modern space marines.

Gaunt’s Ghosts is said to release alongside a new Abnet prequel novel, Winkula insurgency, Which will go up for preorder as soon as a limited edition collector’s set, featuring pins, art, maps and an important datasheet to play Gaunt’s Ghost in full-fat 40K.

After Gaunt and Tannith First, GW announced an upgrade to the Kadian Shock Troops of Astra Militarium. Instead of a complete new kit, the model will be re-paired with a new set of parts to provide a bit more personality, which comes with a selection of new heads and special weapon weapons. There are a total of 25 new heads, including expressive scales of female faces. Recently EAV Metal Studio work on Ultramarine, he is portrayed in a mix of tones exposing POC to the narrative of the universe. This is a long overdue move for the rank and file of the Imperial Guard.

GW has knocked it out of the park in recent years with its boxing games such as Born Hit Hit Yudh Ghosh, Nekromunda, Warhammer underworld, Aeronautical imperialis, even more. They are all great ways to enjoy the hobby without the need to assemble an entire army. For Warhammer Fest, they doubled down on some new expansions and refreshments.

Aeronautica Imperialis A new boxed set is being pitted, pitting Adeptus Esterts against Adelari, which GW teases while announcing their most awaited kit: the plastic Thunderhawk gunship, but on an 8 mm scale instead of 35 mm. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful rendition of the iconic Space Marine gunship, which glimpses with detail, and is depicted by the GW team in salamanders’ attire. Aeldari aircraft look impressively sluggish as well, and their high speed will surely mix the game.

Adepa Sororitas (Sisters of Battle) had also announced the codex of its 9th edition, but the piece of the showstopper was wearing the High Lord of the Battle of Terra Morwen Vahl. It’s always fun to see big, important characters on the battlefield, and Wahl’s battle plane – upgrades to a Gundam on a previously announced nun – is the perfect blend of Gothic extras and high-tech futuristic weapons. They even have shoulder-mounted missile launchers with statues: the peak is 40K.

Shadow house The book was also announced for Naturamanda, which the House Delac’s gang gets a whole host of new rules and models. These gangs extend to the Necromunda, such as Chain house (Goliath), Iron house (Orloc), and Assembly of blades (Escher) has been, among others, an amazing version for the brand. Everyone is working with characters that build on the original setting, and this Delacq book should be no different. This mysterious gang is to be reinforced by a whole range of mentally strong, biomechanical combat drones and skilled assassins, who add a more welcoming personality to their roster.

Attention was drawn to Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, Which is about to see its third version as a release Broken reality The narrative campaign series comes to a close. Kragnos, the new destruction deity and headliner revealed for the final book, appears to be a huge centerpiece for any destruction army.

The final book will also see GW host a new model, including a new god Croc, and set the scene for Salenesh’s new twin newborn, a Titanic clash Age of sigmarNext version of

The new leader and Dierwold are an excellent addition to Soullight, but the center piece here is Lakua Vai the Mother of Nightmars – a chimeric horror that is part dragon, part bat, part vampire and all point of view. Finally, Elathin’s Soloids saw Idonith Dipkin in her first film Warhammer underworld The fourth season, Dierchimes, with a warband that includes a fish and crab, is a delight for Warhammer’s online community.

There is still one day left at Warhammer Fest, and fans can tune in to check it out later this week. Details will be live on Twitch and will be stored there as well as on YouTube. The best guess is a new boxing game or, if we are very lucky, a promising line up of new in-house animation productions.
