A 36-year-old man was fatally stabbed in the chest outside of Penn Station on Thursday, NYPD said.
Police responded to the attack at 34th Street and 7th Avenue near Penn Station at about 6 p.m. The victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, police said.
No description of the suspect was immediately available, and no arrests have been made, police said.
The victim’s identification was not released Thursday.
The investigation is ongoing.
