Authorities said a 16-year-old boy has been arrested in a shooting that killed a man and injured a woman at a mall in Nebraska.
Makhi Woleridge-Jones was busted on Sunday on charges of first-degree murder in a shooting the day before at Westrods Mall in Omaha.
Brandon Woleridge-Jones, 18, was arrested earlier on charges of being an accessory to a shooting near a JCPNE store.
The relationship between the two suspects was not reported.
On Sunday, police said they were not looking for any other suspects in the incident, which left 21-year-old Trek Swift.
Police said it appeared that the shooting was “an isolated incident and not a random attack,” CNN reported.
The second victim, 22-year-old Jeya Wayland, went to police spokesperson Neil Bonbeck in a private vehicle at CHI Emmanuel Hospital Told WOWT.
Police later said that she had gone to the hospital with a gunshot wound that was not considered life-threatening.
In 2007, the mall was the scene of a mass shooting when 19-year-old Robert Hawkins killed eight people before gunning himself. Five others were injured in that shooting.
