Four shots including two teenagers in NYC shooting

Police said four people, including two teenagers, were shot dead in separate shootings in the Big Apple on Tuesday.

According to police, a 22-year-old youth was struck twice in the right hip when he was in Saratoga Park, Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Authorities said the victim was taken to Kings County Hospital and is expected to survive.

Shortly before 5pm, a 17-year-old boy’s neck was cut off in a shooting on Prospect Place near Ralph Avenue in Crown Heights.

Police shot a group at the victims, the sources said.

Police said the teenager was taken to Brookdale Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According to police, just after 5 pm, on Dean Street in Brovesville, a 16-year-old boy involved in a fight with five men was shot in the left leg.

The teenager was taken to Kings County Hospital and is expected to recover.

Around 7pm in East Harlem, a 23-year-old man stepped into NYC Health + Hospitals / Metropolitan with a gunshot wound to his thigh, police said.

Sources said he refused to tell the police where he was shot.

No arrests were made in any of the shootings on Monday night.
