Driver busted after shoving elderly man to the ground in NYC

A Brooklyn driver turned himself in weeks after he was caught on video shoving an elderly man who had complained about his honking, cops said.

The 76-year-old victim told 33-year-old Harry Ricks to stop honking his horn at the corner of Broadway and Sumner Place in Bushwick around 10:30 a.m. July 14, police said.

Ricks snarled, “Mind your f–king business” before shoving the senior to the ground, causing a leg injury, cops said.

Ricks walked into the 83rd Precinct, where he surrendered to authorities on Tuesday, police said late Wednesday.

He was charged with assault.

The victim was treated at Woodhull Medical Center, cops said.
