Sebastian Tlaire’s sister pleads guilty to threatening her ex

The sister of former NBA star Sebastian Talair, who is jailed on charges of possessing a weapon, posed a threat to the life of the former Hooper’s disgruntled wife and her children in federal court in Brooklyn on Friday.

Octavia Telfair, 34, was duped on April 24, 2019, for one count of transmitting an interstate threat to injure a person for about 50 messaging calls to Samantha Telfair, who was in California at the time.
