Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim caught mid-PDA on lunch date

Is a “Selling Smooches” spinoff on the way?

Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim were spotted engaging in some West Hollywood PDA during a lunch date this week.

The “Selling Sunset” stars — who kept their romance under wraps for two months prior to going public this summer — were photographed sneaking kisses while dining al fresco.

Paps also caught them smiling and nuzzling into one another during their outdoor meal, with Stause, 40, affectionately caressing 44-year-old Oppenheim’s head in between bites.

The duo are no strangers to flaunting their love for one another — especially on social media. When they announced their relationship in July on Instagram, Stause shared a series of steamy photos of the couple from their vacation to Italy and Greece.

In August, the soap opera actress and realtor explained why she and Oppenheim dated in secret before telling fans they were an item.

“It’s just one of those things. You don’t want to share with everybody and get all their opinions before you really know what it is,” she told E! News’ Daily Pop

 in August.

Stause said that she and her boss-turned-beau — whom she still works under at the Oppenheim Group — only came out of hiding once their inner circle became “a little savvy” to their blossoming courtship.

“We really were really private and secretive for as long as we could until we realized the walls were closing in,” she explained at the time.

Prior to Oppenheim, Stause dated “Dancing With the Stars” pro Keo Motsepe, whom she broke up with in February.

She was notably married to Justin Hartley, whom she finalized her divorce from in January. Their split played out on Season 3 of “Selling Sunset,” on which Stause claimed that the “This Is Us” actor, 44, asked to end their two-year marriage via text.

Oppenheim previously dated “Selling Sunset” star and real estate employee Mary Fitzgerald, who remains a good friend and is now wed to French pastry chef and model Romain Bonnet.

“Selling Sunset” Season 4 — which dropped its trailer today — begins streaming Wednesday, Nov. 24 on Netflix.
