Chris Tregger is not only bringing his financial knowledge to the citizens of Pawnee, Indiana.
“Parks and Recreation” star Rob Lowe and his wife Sheryl Berkoff have earned $ 47 million on three new Montekito, California, Mentions, exactly one year after selling their new longtime family home for $ 44.5 million.
The couple bought their huge Cape Cod-style property in 1994 for only $ 2.2 million, giving them a profit of $ 42.3 million and the city’s biggest sale since 2001.
In the same year, Oprah Winfrey bought her famous “Promise Land” property for $ 50 million.
The thriving beach town is quickly becoming a celebrity hot spot, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rosie, and most recently, Adam Levine and Behati Prathelu.
After selling his family home of 26 years – which was next to Harry and Meghan – the former Child star has bought not one, but three luxury homes in the upcoming neighborhood.
Lowe, 57, and Berkoff, 59, apparently used the proceeds from the sale of their home to reinvest in the three properties.
The first is not far from their former home, and is only a minute’s walk from Harry and Meghan’s $ 14 million mansion.
Lowe and Berkoff bought the house in December 2020 for $ 13 million. The couple decided to completely demolish the original 5,800-square-foot mansion built on the property – possibly to build a new home that would sit on 6.7 acres.
The second property is a 4,274-sq-ft fixer-upper since the early 1990s, offering sea views while throwing a stone off the city’s main shopping street, Coast Village Road.
Lowe and Berkoff bid the original price over $ 4.95 million, eventually landing at home for $ 5.2 million, and beating local realty sharks such as Ellen DeGeners and Katy Perry to add to their already impressive portfolio.
Lastly, his third property is a four-tiered beachfront mansion that was sold in an off-market secret deal in the range of $ 29 million in early 2021, according to photo agency Backgrid. The house is composed of six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
Lowe is gearing up to host a Fox game, titled “Mantle Samurai”, to premiere on May 25.
