Adam Sandler Responds to Away from IHOP

Sandman does not hold a complaint.

Adam Sandler has responded in a trademark form to the viral TikaTok video of the hostess walking away from an IHOP.

Last week, 17-year-old Long Island hostess Dayna Rodas did not recognize the “Uncut James” star and told her that it would be a 30-minute wait for a table at the Manhasset International House of Pancakes. After realizing his mistake, Ticktock saw more than 9 million views about the experience.

But 54-year-old Sandler has brought some reassuring words for Rhodes.

“For the record, I left IHOP only because the nice lady told me that you all didn’t apply the milkshake,” Sandler Quipped on twitter on Monday.

In the video, the flapjack-craving “Grow Ups” producer was with a young girl (possibly one of her daughters Sadie, 14, or Sunny, 12) and dressed in her typical casual outfit – a sweatshirt, sneakers, and shorts. His face was covered with a mask.

Rodas told The Post last week that the actor hung him outside the restaurant after rejecting him.

“It wasn’t until about 15 minutes later that a customer said, ‘Adam Sandler was out,’ when I realized that I had talked to Adam Sandler!” he said.

Like a true General Z-er, he quickly captured security camera footage and posted it to the popular video-sharing app.

“Not realizing your Adam Sandler and waiting for 30 minutes and telling him [of course] Leaving [because] Do not hesitate to wait 30 meters for IHOP, ”she captioned her clip.

Apparently, Sandler does not feel intimidated. But it might be worth offering him a tireless milkshake the next time he travels.
