A man was arrested in connection with a Friday mass shooting at an Alabama high school football game that left five people injured, one of them critically.
Mobile Police arrested Jai Scott, 19, and charged him with five counts of attempted murder, according to WKRG.
Cops initially reported that four people had been shot but adjusted the figure on Saturday, according to the report.
No motive has been released.
Shots rang out shortly before 10 p.m. at the Ladd-Peebles Stadium, where the Vigor High School Wolves were taking on the Williamson High School Mighty Lions.
The game descended into chaos, with players on the field diving for cover and fans rushing from the stands, video showed.
At least two of the victims were kids, police said.
Metal detectors were installed at the stadium after a gunman opened fire at a game there in 2019, injuring 10 teens.
