Beard returns. It sounds like a superhero film, but it is a Nets movie right now. James Harden returns to the lineup on Wednesday and boy, does Brooklyn need to go to the playoffs. In typical Nets fashion, they will be without Kyrie Irving, who was struck in the face on Tuesday night and is dealing with facial contusion. However, it seems (knock on wood) that the Nets will enter the playoffs together with their Big 3 on the court, even though they batted and hurt to get here.

To talk about the Nets’ final three games, Harden’s return, and whom they can take on in the first round of the postseason, we’re bringing you a new episode of “Fulcourt on Flatbush” with Robin Lundberg and Kerry Kittles Is a feature featuring Chris Shearn, yes network chat with Net ex and postgame host, as well as our NY Post Yankees “Pinstripe Pod” host.

Fullcourt on the Flatbush Podcast with Robin, Carey and Jake:

  • Harden Returns: Hardik returned to the lineup on Wednesday and is much needed for the Nets to make it to the playoffs. Which superhero is each of the Big 3? Will we see the Big 3 for the final two games of the season? Kyrie Irving needed a mask in court for her facial injury.
  • Playground: The Nets should have no problem with any of their potential first-round playoff opponents. Playing the Knicks is still a possibility. How important is it for the Nets to get the No. 2 seed?

  • Carey Net: Seeing Kerry and Jason Kidd in the backcourt, Kellan dominates Villanova. Those net teams were the original lob cities in New Jersey. Kidd deserves a lot of credit.
  • Champion or bust: The Nets have to win a title with this team, especially with the Knicks now.
  • MARV ALBERT / Yes Network: Working with some reputed broadcasters. Marv passing the baton to Ian Eagle. Being a sponge sitting around Ian. Starstruck sitting next to Marv like Kestar when he was guarding Michael Jordan and Clyde Drexler.
