The Giants have an interesting slate beyond their six division games against the Cowboys, Eagles and Washington. The other full NFC division is South, while the interconnection rotation brings the AFC West.
As the second-placed team, the Giants also receive NFC wild-card Rams and Bears at the helm of Super Bowl 55 champion Buchener. From the AFC, the Dolphins are the 17th opponent.

Schedule strength
The Giants, thanks to their weak division, are tied for the eighth-easiest schedule in the NFL with the Bills and Colts. New York’s 2021 opponents had a combined 2020 record of 128–142–2, a winning percentage of .474.
Two matches against Washington led to the contest against the return of playoff teams. The Ram, Bears, Chiefs, Saints and Buccaneers make it seven out of 17 games.
Hardest test: The Giants get the Chiefs, Buccaneers and Saints on the road. Beer, chargers and dolphins eject the non-division slate. Of the home games, Ram is easily the toughest enemy.
Biggest break: The NFC East should be better, but the division still offers its most favorable games. The Falcons, Panthers, Raiders and Broncos are a welcome quartet of competitions to soften the beatings at home.
Ground level: Jones is all around him to win more successful games. The Giants’ defense is in the next phase of its reconstruction. Should Jones make his passing, there will be a real chance at an NFC playoff berth in New York, either as the East Champs or the Fringe wild card.
Record prediction: 8-9
