Kevin Durant will absolutely love the ‘Nets-Knicks playoff series’

Kevin Durant is apparently in for a New York rivalry between the Nets and the Knicks.

NBA Twitter erupted on Friday when a screen-grappie of an alleged exchange between a Knicks fan and Durant went viral.

After the fan mentioned that a Net-Nux playoff matchup would “ignite New York,” Durant reportedly replied, “I’d absolutely love that S-Two.”

Durant, whose Instagram handle is “@easymoneysniper”, has not verified whether he actually participated in the exchange, though it was the subject of discussion in Friday’s episode of “The Jump” on ESPN. However, it is no secret that the Nets star is actively vocal on social media.

Durant picked the Nets in free agency two meters ahead of the Knicks and previously called the MSG franchise “not cool.”
