The Nets are slowly sliding into the standings. After back-to-back losses to the Bucks and a three-game losing streak, Brooklyn is 1.5 games behind the top-seeded 76ers in the East and only 1.5 games ahead of Milwaukee for the second seed. The Nets went from the top team in the conference and presumably did not even come to the homecourt in the second round. Is it time for Nets fans to panic?

We answer that question and get into the Netts in the latest episode of “Fullcourt on Flatbush” with Robin Lundberg and Kerry Kittles, with an interview with Sarah Kustok of the YES Network.

Fullcourt on the Flatbush Podcast with Robin, Carey and Jake:

  • Net Lossing Phase: Giannis was tough to defend. The Nets are 9-10 without James Harden in the nets. They need him badly for the playoffs. A championship for the Nets depends on his recovery and play.
  • Steven Nash: Should he have called a timeout during Buck’s 18-1 Tuesday run? Worried about him coaching in his first postseason? Was there no point in his explanation not to use a timeout there?
  • Seeding / Sports: Worried Net 3G may fall to seed? Which team would you ideally like to face the Nets in the first round? Can Nitesh handle a team if Harden was not available?

Sara Kustok Interview:
Yes network net broadcaster

  • Current Trap: Loves that there is noise around the team after seeing where this team was four years ago. Jeff Green remains a constant for this team. Riding and enjoying the fact that they are a point.
  • Yes Network Cree: They are his best friends. It takes great pleasure to work together and it is a group effort. The group texts are hilarious. Ian Eagle is also funnier than the wind. He is the same way behind the scenes.
  • Kittles VS. Customer: The three-point shooting competition is coming soon.
