Logitech’s new gaming-focused earbuds play well with USB-C devices

Logitech’s latest earbuds, the $ 50 model called the G333, are extremely unmistakable in terms of design with a flat cable that has the ability to connect to gadgets via an inline remote and mic, swappable silicon ear tips, and a 3.5mm jack. What makes them stand out is the 3.5mm-to-USB-C adapter included.

If your phone or other audio device lacks a headphone jack, but you have a USB-C port, then you’re ready to plug in with this model. With the adapter attached, I had no problem hooking the G333 through the USB-C port on my 3.5mm-less Pixel 3, my Nintendo Switch, or MacBook Pro. Included with these earbuds are two additional sizes of silicone ear tips and a small mesh carrying case.

The G333 looks similar to Logitech’s other two gaming earbuds: the $ 50 G333 VR headphones (which are certified for Oculus Quest 2) and the $ 50 Astro A03 earbuds. The added value here is the USB-C adapter, which is included for the same value. So if you’re trying to decide between them, the new G333 is the most feature-packed for the price.

Each set of Logitech’s G333 includes 3.5mm-to-USB-C adapters, swappable ear tips, and a small mesh for the case.

The G333 earbuds appear to have dual dynamic drivers that were the said model, and their overall performance was similar in my testing. If you are not expecting much (given the price), I think you will be impressed by their sound quality. There’s a lot of bass there, but it doesn’t clutter the sound. My biggest nip against them is that silicone ear tips don’t always want to be in my ears.

Logitech’s new earbuds will be available in three tweets: black with blue details, dark purple with neon yellow detailing, and finally, silver with light purple detailing.
