Man, 58, killed by hit-and-run driver in Rolls Royce: cops

A 58-year-old man was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver in a Rolls Royce in Brooklyn early Tuesday, cops said.

The victim was crossing Bayard Street against the traffic signal when he was struck by a black Rolls Royce sedan heading south on McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint around 12:45 a.m., cops said.

Responding officers found the driver lying in the street with severe body trauma.

He was taken to Woodhull Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver took off after striking the victim and remained at large later Tuesday, police said.

The victim’s name has not been released pending family notification.
