A man allegedly poured gasoline on a Brooklyn yeshiva and sparked a fire, cops said.
The incident happened at Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School at 1609 Avenue J in Midwood around 7:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the police.
The unidentified suspect doused a fenced-off area with the propellent from a gas can. He then ignited it and fled the school.
The fire went out by itself and did not cause any damage or injuries, according to police.
Detectives were looking for the firebug Thursday night.
