Olivia Culpo capped off a whirlwind week by catching boyfriend Christian McCaffrey’s NFL return on Sunday.
Days after posting images from Doha, the capital of Qatar, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 29, returned to the U.S. to watch the Carolina Panthers running back, 25, take the field for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury in Week 3.
“From plane to game,” Culpo shared Monday on Instagram.
In the photos, Culpo — who celebrated her two-year anniversary with McCaffrey in June — is seen flashing the Pro Bowler’s jersey under her black sweater before making a quick change in the bathroom. She was later joined by McCaffrey’s mother, Lisa, in the stands of Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte.
McCaffrey, who signed a four-year, $64 million contract extension with the Panthers last April, ran for 52 yards in the team’s Week 9 loss to the New England Patriots, 24-6.
Despite the outcome of the game, Culpo appeared to enjoy herself and even credited her chain black boots for keeping her going following a long travel day.
“24 hour travel day later,” Culpo posted in an Instagram Story. “These boots are made for walking …. A lot lol.”
During Week 1 against the New York Jets, Culpo opted for different footwear — knee-high boots, to be exact. The brunette beauty watched the home game alongside her younger sister, Sophia, who is currently dating Jets receiver Braxton Berrios.
“First game of the season is battle of the boyfriends,” Culpo posted to Instagram in September. “I want them both to win ? possible ? I love both these boys @braxtonberrios @christianmccaffrey.”
Fortunately for team Culpo and McCaffrey, the Panthers dominated the Jets, 19-14, though Carolina’s season took a downturn once the star running back got injured.
