Rangers rookie Alexis Lafreniere registered first two-point game

Alexis Lafreniere recorded the first double-digit game of his NHL career in the Rangers’ 6–1 win over the Devils at Prudential Center on Thursday night.

With one goal and one assist in the Ranger’s first win over their cross-Hudson rivals this season, Lafreniere upped the ante in four straight games. In that period, he has registered two goals and three assists. Lafreniere has also recorded a point in five of the last six matches to bring his season mark to seven.
