If you can afford this house then you probably already have the force.
JJ Abrams, a Hollywood heavyweight, is selling his spelling Pacific Palisades estate for $ 22 million, seven years after calling it home.
Abrams, 54, who wrote and directed “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker”, initially bought a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property with his wife Katie McGrath in 2014 for $ 14.47 million.
The purchase was around the time his blockbuster franchise began filming hits. Abrams – already famous for directing films from the “Star Trek” and “Mission Impossible” universes – directed, produced and co-wrote the seventh film in the “Star Wars” franchise. “The Force Awakens” became one of the highest-grossing films of all time.
The acclaimed creator is also known for his innovative shows, such as “Felicity,” “Alias,” and “Lost”, for which he won two Emmys.
But, now is the time for Abrams to move coincidentally around “Star Wars Day” May 4. His East Coast-style traditional home entered the market on April 28, property records show.
Spread over 7,396 square feet, the house includes a sun-stained sports room and an open cook kitchen leading to a family room with a large breakfast space. There is also another seating area with French dorms with fireplaces, heaters, pool and spa, bocos courts and carefully designed gardens.

One of the seven bedrooms is an open suite with wrap-around windows that overlook the sea and the city. A large terrace with fireplace, seating area, separate office and hotel bath.
On the lower level is a guest bathroom that leads to a secret garden and fountain.
Other facilities include another office, gym, a wine cellar, bonus room with a separate entrance, workshop, storage room and a three-car garage.
