Tells investigators that Cuomo ‘has a bias with the size of his hand’

Andrew Cuomo, a former associate of Gove, told independent investigators about his alleged “prejudice with the size of the hand” – and what it meant, his lawyer said on Monday.

Charlotte Bennett, who has accused Cuomo of sexual harassment, spoke Monday with external attorneys hired by Zoom for more than four hours by Attorney General Letitia James, attorney Debra Katz said.

The 25-year-old Bennett also turned over 120 pages of “contemporary records, as well as other examples of documentary evidence” against the 63-year-old governor and his staff, Katz said.

In a prepared statement, Katz said a new piece of information that came to light was Cuomo’s “prejudice with the size of his hand and the large size of his hands indicated Charlotte and other members of her staff.”

Katz did not elaborate on that matter.

“Investigators are moving swiftly and sensitively to get to the heart of these allegations,” she said.

“We believe his investigation will confirm Charlotte’s claims of sexual harassment against the government. He also signed under the very laws to meet his mandatory reporting requirements due to the failure of his senior staff.”

Kyomo has been accused of molesting, harassing or otherwise inappropriately treating seven women, including five current and former associates.

He has denied touching anyone improperly or any other willful wrongdoing and vowed to cooperate in the investigation.
