The all-new and returning exotics added Destiny 2 to the season of The Splacer

Bungy just launched Destiny 2: Oyster of the Splacer on Tuesday, which means the game just got infected with a host of new alien weapons and armor.

The season of Splicer already has a new alien weapon available to players and three new alien armor pieces. But it seems that Bungi may have some surprises in store as well. Here are all the exotics that we know are coming in the Season of the Splacer.

[Note: There are some light gear spoilers in this post, as we look into some evidence both in and outside of Destiny 2 that suggest other, unconfirmed Exotics are coming this season.]

Cryostasia 77K – Stasis Sideier

Cryostasia is the new season pass weapon of 77K Season of the Splisher. Players possessing the season pass can pick it up immediately, while free players will need to reach level 35 to unlock it.

Cryostasia 77K has two exoteric perks. The first is the LN2 Burst, which provides a variable trigger for the weapon. Players can tap on the trigger to fire a shot like a normal sidearm. But the Guardians can also stop the trigger to shoot at enemies, freezing them immediately. Charged shot is only available when another exotic perk, liquid cooling, is activated.

Liquid cooling once gives players a blow to kill with the weapon’s default fire mode. Liquid cooling enables players to fire a charged stasis shot, which costs the rest of the magazine of the weapon.

This is the player’s first Stasis Energy weapon – when Bongi added Stasis to Beyond Light, Heavy Salvation’s Grip Grenade Launcher is the only Stasis weapon available to players. While a stasis weapon is quite interesting in its own rite, the Cryostasia 77K also moves into the Kinetic slot, usually reserved for weapons without an arsenal.

Star-Eater Scale – Hunter Feet

Star-eater scales come from the same master or legend lost sector as the Season of the Chosen. If you complete it solo, each day has a special Master or Legend Lost Sector, which offers a different armor slot as a reward to the alien. Wait for leg day and leave the lost sector until it is complete.

In the Star-Eater scale there is a festival of light exotic perks. This causes perk hunters to gain bonus super energy when raising the orbs of power. Raising the Orbs of Power with Full Super will overcharge Hunter when they cast their Super and increase their Super Damage. At maximum overload, the hunter will also get an overshield.

Path of the Burning Steps – Titan’s Feet

The path to Burning Steps comes from Master or Legend’s Lost Sectors, which is similar to the Season of Chosen. If you complete it solo, each day has a special Master or Legend Lost Sector, which offers a different armor slot as a reward to the alien. Wait for leg day and leave the lost sector until it is complete.

The path of the burning steps comes with a firewalker perk. Increases solar damage from the firewalker thus increasing weapon damage. Titan is also slow or hard to freeze with stasis, and they do not take damage when they exit a frozen state. Exiting the stasis also causes a solar explosion around the Titan.

Assembler Shoes – Warlock Legs

Assembler shoes come from either the Master or Legend Lost sector, similar to the Season of the Chosen. If you complete it solo, each day has a special Master or Legend Lost Sector, which offers a different armor slot as a reward to the alien. Wait for leg day and leave the lost sector until it is complete.

Assembler’s boots come with a blurring of order perk. This perk gives the Warlucks a bonus when standing in the Healing Heal crack. While the Blessing of Order is active, Warlock will release Noble Seekers who will chase after allies in your crack, not healing them. Each ally healed by a Noble Seeker will also provide an Enchantment and Ally a Damage Buffer. Each time a Noble Seeker impresses an ally, it also increases duration on Warlock’s Healing Rift.

Unconfirmed foreign weapon

It takes two unconfirmed exotics fate 2: Spicer’s season.

If you are a Destiny veteran then the first is easy to guess. The Vex Mythoclast, the Exault fusion rifle that falls from the Atheon at the end of the glass vault, returns. Players can go to their in-game collection and find an ornament called The Untold Tale for the Vex Mythocastal, confirming its existence.

Because it also has Destiny 2API, we can also see its updated perks. According to the Light.gg Destiny database, Vex Mythoclast has two Exotic perks Destiny 2. The first is the Timeless Mythocaust, which causes the weapon to fire a single fusion rifle bolt at each trigger bridge. This suggests that the weapon is not fully automatic like its core fate Edition. But in the same name perk Destiny 1 Used the same language, so Destiny 2Mythocost will likely function similarly to its original version.

Vex Mythoclast’s second exotic perk Destiny 2 Temporal is Unilmitter. Defeating targets with Vex Mythoclast creates overcharge. Players can swap the firing mode once fully overcharged – by pressing the reload button – and hold the trigger to charge linear fusion rifle shots. Linear fusion rifles are usually reserved only for heavy ammo slots and kill enemies with a single headshot.

The new Vex Mythoclast also has a catalyst, which adds calculated balance perk. This causes a high stack of overcharge to increase the stability of the Vex Mythoclast.

It also has a mysterious alien scout rifle ornament Destiny 2collection of. It is classified, which is very unusual for an ornament. For example, Vex Mythoclast Jewelry is not classified, even though the weapon is not yet in the collection. Chances are it is a hidden ornament for a secret alien. But having just one placeholder classified node with it means that there is no meaning what this weapon could be.

While it is possible that Bungie could add another foreigner this season – increasing the count of foreign weapons from a possible three to four – there is only evidence for those mentioned here. Bungie will update its database during the season, so we should learn more about these unconfirmed exotics in a few weeks.
